SUSTAINABILITY
Our Qualmark Gold rating for sustainability is a measure of the work we’ve put in to ensuring that our style of luxury always treads lightly. To nurture the environment that surrounds us, we have planted 20,000 native trees, focusing on the removal of invasive species and restoration of native bush. There are 40 bee hives on-site, and it’s from here that we harvest the honey you’ll find in each villa. In fact, all the produce we supply – from wine to cheese and baked goods – is made locally wherever possible. We’ve partnered with environmental champions, ecostore, for our personal care products and we are committed to a chemical spray-free property. We are water independent, with all water from roof catchment, bore, dams or streams.

In addition, departments recycle products from all areas of the property.
Guests are encouraged to participate by reducing water usage when staying.
